Eli Kay, the owner and manager of White Knight Home Services, saw to everything personally. He came to the job at least once a day, coordinated with me, walked through the job with me, each day, and saw to every question and concern. I have never had a contractor take such care with me. The quality of the materials were superb, the craftsmanship was top-of-the-line, and he helped me troubleshoot many things that came up along the way, from financing to sourcing materials that would be needed to fix other problems that were discovered. I was never passed off to a secretary or voice mail, and if there was a concern that arose on his one day off, I called him and he dealt with it immediately. The entire job was finished in two weeks. White Knight Home Services is superb, and the only people I want working on my home.
This company is amazing!!! From their customer service to all the work that they did for me! They did my windows, my ac, & my heater! I can’t even express on how professional this company is! A gentleman under the name of “Marlin” was extremely helpful!! He guided me through everything! He assured me that I was in great hands, & I was!! I am so excited to tell everyone about them! Not to mention, they also helped me with specific programs to get the work started with nothing out of pocket ! Thank you so much!!
I have to say i was Very impressed with Avi and his attention to the smallest details. When he sent me the the estimate it was very clear with detailed scope of work and how payments are to submitted as the project progress. Avi assist me with there actual showroom so you can pick out all the products you like on site without need to search and order which saved a lot of time for the project. After two disappointing attempts with other contractors to complete my home remodeling I went with white knight home services to do my kitchen remodeling. I’m a kind of person that expecting that the details and the work will be done with the highest quality and that will be done by the deadline we agreed. Avi and his team have accomplished their promises. The workmanship were excellent and they finished everything on time. Avi is an amazing person and the way he managed everything was very great.
